The plain-English deal for using BotWith.me. Read it — using the site means you agree to it. This is our own set of rules, not legal advice.

Welcome to BotWith.me. These terms are the agreement between you and us for everything on this site — your account, the launcher, bot time and the scripts you buy or publish. We have kept them short and readable. If you use BotWith.me, these apply to you.

1. Acceptance
Using BotWith.me means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BotWith.me. By using the site you confirm that you are.

3. No refunds
Bot time that has already run is non-refundable. Scripts are digital goods and are non-refundable once access has been granted — you get access the moment you buy, so all sales are final once delivered or used. Please decide before you pay; we do not refund used time or delivered scripts.

4. Chargebacks
Do not open a chargeback, payment dispute or "callback" against us. If you do, you get a permanent ban from the site and lose all access and everything you have purchased. If something is genuinely wrong, contact us first — a dispute is not the way to reach us.

5. Botting is at your own risk
Automating a game almost always breaks that game's own rules. You use BotWith.me entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for account bans, lost items or gold, or any other consequence in any game. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will not be detected or banned. If that is a risk you are not willing to take, do not bot.

6. Prohibited conduct
The following will get you permanently banned from the site:
- • Attempting to steal, phish, or access other users' data, accounts, tokens or scripts.
- • Reselling, redistributing, reuploading or otherwise profiting from scripts you do not own, or that you took from someone else.
- • Attacking, exploiting, scraping or abusing the platform in any way.

7. Scripts & content
Script authors are responsible for what they upload. Scripts are provided as-is, with no warranty that they work, are safe, or are fit for any purpose. We may remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion.

8. Service "as is"
BotWith.me is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind and with no uptime guarantee. Features can change or go away, and the service can be down.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. When we publish a new version, the site will ask you to accept it again before you carry on.
